Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
In the event that a donation is made to The Brain Fund, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) charity, via https://www.thebrainfund.org as a result of fraud or misuse or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, The Brain Fund, Inc. will refund the donation amount electronically back to the same card that was used to make the original transaction, provided the request is made within 14 days of the transaction. Please contact us providing the details (email, last 4-digits of credit card used, transaction ID, date and time) of the donation credit card transaction. If additional information is required, we will contact you via email provided at time of donation transaction.
If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider immediately.
